Regarding Our Membership Program: All Inclusive Plan
1. Membership fees are NOT REFUNDABLE and NOT TRANSFERABLE.
2. All debits, whether approved or declined, are performed without notice or receipt. Failure to use membership and/or the facilities available does not relieve your financial obligation regardless of circumstance. Non-use of services does not constitute a refund or credit. Any Errors in billing must be reported within 15 days after which the charge will be presumed accurate. You must inform us if your credit/debit card or bank account has been closed or changed due to fraud or other circumstances. A 2-day notice is required to change your billing information. We will attempt redrafts on any past due amount, plus late fee (if applicable), from any payment method provided.
3. Monthly billing membership require a minimum of 2 drafts before cancellation can be processed.
