Red Light Session Tips


  1. Use a high quality Red Light approved lotion to maximize your skins hydration to help with results. (Collagenetics or Prismatica are two we carry)
  2. Maximum session time is 15 minutes for building results.
  3. Wear Red Light goggles while in the Red Light Therapy bed.
  4. Wait at least 48 hours in between sessions.
  5. 3-5 times per week for the first month is highly recommended.
  6. 1-4 months at the recommended weekly session may be needed until results can be maintained 1 to 2 times per week thereafter.
