Things to consider in regards to your membership:

• If you are messaging to cancel your membership, please make sure it is 72 hours prior to your draft date otherwise please come in to the location at which you originally set it up. ​

• If you cancel after your draft date, your membership will cancel before the following draft, which means you can still use the services until it expires. ​

• NON-USE of services does not constitute a refund of any sort and all remaining balances must be paid.

• Once your membership is cancelled, any Bonus Bucks you had remaining will be set back to $0. (In store account money will remain).​

• If you are freezing your account, your next draft will be $5.99 each month until you are ready to come back and unfreeze your account. Each month that $5.99 will go into your (ISA) In store account, to use on products or unfreezing depending on which date you unfreeze.

Freezing your account is usually the best option to avoid paying an enrollment fee if you know you'll be gone for a few months. Otherwise you will have to pay an enrollment fee if you cancel and then return.
